Simple Bra Tips: Avoid The Muffin Top
An uncomfortable bra can ruin your whole day. You're constantly fidgeting, moving errant straps, and/or adjusting the underwire to get some relief. These problems usually occur with a badly designed or ill-fitting bra.
If the bra is too tight, you're going to suffer all day. Your breasts will get smushed a little, and the straps will dig into your arms. If your bra doesn't have enough support to hold you, your back can hurt. If the cup size is too small, you get those awful "muffin tops" that can make you feel self-conscious all day.
When exercising, always use a sports bra, even if your breasts are smaller. Sports bras are specially designed for this kind of activity, so they're the most comfortable when you're active.
A bra is a big investment: If you're buying a new one, check your size and adjust accordingly. Not only will you be more comfortable, your clothes will look better on you. You'll be much happier with your bra if you consider correct size, purpose, and personal taste.
Keep in mind that you spend an awful lot of time wearing your bras. You want to make the right choices. Less adjusting = more comfort.
